Washing - I prefer a hand wash, but if you are using a machine, set it to cold wash only.
Drying - heat is not our friend so hang me up outside. Avoid tumble dryers and dry cleaning.
Ironing - feel free to iron me but be super careful and avoid the printed logo & illustration.
